Helping you

We want to help you manage your money. If you need support because you, your income and finances are impacted by coronavirus let us know. Either get in touch with our Support Team via the app or email us. They are available Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.

Please get in touch if your personal circumstances change and this makes it more difficult or affects you being able to access or manage your money. We will support you in any way that we can.

Help with your finances

If you find yourself struggling to manage your money, there are many organisations out there that offer free, independent and impartial advice. We have listed some below. Ask for help and find out your options.

Debt advice

If you find yourself in financial difficulties StepChange, the debt advisory organisation has a coronavirus guide on what steps to take. It's a good idea to speak to your bank if you're worried about debt and to get help as soon as possible. You could also reach out to the Money Advice Service.

Housing support

Shelter has expert housing advisers available online or by telephone. If you're renting it might also be worth talking directly to your landlord or letting agent about a repayment plan if you've lost work and feel you will struggle to keep up with current payments.

Benefits advice

Turn2us is a national charity helping people when times get tough and that can help with benefits advice. You can also talk to Citizens Advice.

Helping you

These are unique, unprecedented times but we're all in this together. If you need hints and tips if you're working from home for the first time you can read this blog by one of our colleagues, who's a seasoned pro.

Over the weeks to come we'll be sharing simple daily actions that you can take to help you manage your money during these changing times. We'll be covering everything from how to switch utilities to get a better deal, how to manage on a daily budget, and how to make sure your spending and savings goals reflect the things that really matter to you.
